At the end of 2022, SKAT faced a challenge. One of the key customers approached us with a request to implement system integration that would enable data exchange automation and significantly streamline cooperation.

Reaction

SKAT is not afraid of challenges. The company’s project teams (IT Systems Design Department and Project and Process Coordination Department) immediately took action, working closely with the customer’s IT department representatives. As a result of a series of short but intensive meetings, it was possible to develop common assumptions and define the scope of integration.

Solution

A number of changes were implemented that automated key data exchange processes. The client gained the ability to submit orders electronically immediately after entering them into their system, which in turn allowed them to be automatically added to the SKAT database and eliminate manual data entry. Additionally, the client began receiving invoices in a structured format, which are imported into their system and appropriately linked to orders.
