Full training in the center
GOAL:
- European signs and rules
- Cargo safety
- Truck maneuvers
- Driving time regulations
- Operator’s responsibility
- Followed by test (entry point 90%)

NO FEES
REQUIRED – no agents – direct recruitment
Employment in Poland
GOAL:
- Ensure the operator passes the tests
- Final assignments
- 2 weeks pre-work with experienced operator
BENEFITS:
- Employment as truck operator
- 80 000 INR monthly salary NET
- 200 000 INR bonus, paid at the end of the year

- Raise after completion of 1st year contract
FEES*:
- Visa fee (200€)
- Flight ticket fee (560€)
- Accomodation fee (500€ yearly)
- Insurance fee (180€)

* SUM OF THE FEES (cca. 1440€) ARE GOING TO BE DEDUCTED IN 7 EQUAL INSTALLMENTS FROM THE SALARY

1 – 2 MONTH – 80 000 INR / MONTH
3 – 12 MONTH – 100 000 INR / MONTH

13 – 24 MONTH – 100 000 INR / MONTH*

200 000 INR BONUS (paid at the end of the year)

FUEL SAVING BONUS (based on real fuel usage)
* 3000 INR monthly deduction for accomodation
