For what purposes will personal data be processed?
The data controller will process personal data for the following purposes:
Analysis of traffic and interactions on the website (analytical data)
Presentation of online media and interactive content placed on the website (content presentation)
Retention of information regarding individual settings related to the website (management of configuration and preferences)
handling inquiries, including responses to questions or requests submitted through the form – based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (necessity for taking actions at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract)

How long will personal data be processed?
Your personal data will be stored for a limited time, i.e., until the manual deletion of cookies or until the expiration of the period for data retention in the systems used by the controller, i.e., the maximum anticipated processing time for analytical data is 26 months.
Data is also deleted if you withdraw your consent to processing. Actions taken before the withdrawal of consent remain effective.
To whom may your personal data be transferred?
Data may be shared with entities within the SKAT Group as indicated in the privacy policy (e.g., SKAT Transport P.S.A., SKAT Transport Group, SKAT Truck, SKAT Work 2, SKAT Logistics Ltd., SKAT Transport CZ) – only if you express your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Your personal data may be processed by external partners supporting our business processes, i.e., so-called data recipients. Data recipients will perform services on behalf of the data controller, particularly in the area of IT solutions, provision of technical support services, or organizational, marketing, or sales support.
Personal data may be transferred to third countries only when the data controller has an adequate legal basis, including on the basis of a decision establishing an adequate level of protection or subject to appropriate safeguards (e.g., binding corporate rules or standard contractual clauses).
What rights do you have regarding personal data protection?
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the right to request access to your personal data from the data controller, its rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
The data controller does not intend to use techniques for automated decision-making, including profiling.
What are the consequences of not providing personal data?
Providing personal data is fully voluntary, and if personal data is not provided, it will not be possible to register and participate in the event.
