We would like to thank the Pracuj Group for once again noticing the unique HR activities in our company.
Receiving such a prestigious award year after year means a lot to us, as PEOPLE are the most important asset at the SKAT Group.
The award-winning SKAT Theatrically project was intended to discover potential and prepare employees for a new role in the team.
The project was appreciated for its unusual approach.
The training was held in the form of theatre workshops, coaching sessions, own work, consultations with an actor, screenwriter,
and voice production expert.
The culmination was the Talent Gala – a theatre performance presented in front of the SKAT Group team.
